TC3 Properties Mission Statement
TC 3 Properties was founded by the Corrigan family on September, 17, 2008.
The purpose of TC 3 Properties is to develop high quality housing at an affordable cost to individuals and families.
TC 3 Properties will work toward this goal while working closely with the community and various civic organizations to accomplish this goal of positively effecting the housing market as a whole. Individuals that assist us in this endeavor will be treated fairly and respectfully regardless of race, creed, gender or level of involvement in the organization.
Employees and vendors will be paid promptly and completely as outlined in agreements entered into by TC 3 Properties. With this level of commitment comes the degree of personal responsibility that all members of our team must strive to attain with the highest level of craftsmanship and materials in our quest to turn "houses into homes".
